Uniqueness in life-styles, learning-styles, and leisure-styles is a strength. Collaboration with ourselves and community is important. Everyone deserves a space to recognize themselves.

I am dedicated to a positive quality of life for myself and others. Helping you help yourself, embracing commYOUnity, and critical thinking and mindfulness are all core facets of my practice. I take a trauma-informed, play-based, strength-based, heuristic approach to my services.
