GG’s Values
Uniqueness in life-styles, learning-styles, and leisure-styles is a strength. Collaboration with ourselves and community is important. Everyone deserves a space to recognize themselves. We support positive character development, including creating a comprehensive understanding of Self-Control, Compassion, Collaboration, Consistency, and Celebration.
I am dedicated to a positive quality of life for myself and others. Helping you help yourself, embracing commYOUnity, and critical thinking and mindfulness are all core facets of my practice. I take a trauma-informed, play-based, strength-based, heuristic approach to my services.
Foundational theories considered include, but are not limited to:
- Psychologist Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs
- Psychologist Urie Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory
- Psychologist Jean Piaget’s Theory of Cognitive Development
- Psychologist Lev Vygotsky’s Sociocultural Theory of Cognitive Development
- Enright’s 20-Step Model of Forgiveness
I had so much fun and I’m feeling so confident in myself. You had me singing in the car on the ride home!
